Symptom:
Precision Queue Abandon Answer Distribution Report reports a single call offered multiple times.

Conditions:
When multiple PGs share the same Skill Group, that Skill group will have multiple rows in the Skill_Group_Interval table which will cartesian with the Router_Queue_Interval table to produce multiple rows per agent (one per PG) - this will result in incorrect Queue and Serive Level metrics.
