Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Precision Queue Interval All Fields report will occasionally show an incomplete number of intervals and as a result misses calls handled and abandoned information. When running the report, no idle intervals are shown, however there are also certain intervals that are not shown that should be because they contain data.

Conditions:
This occurs because the Router Queue Interval table does not add an interval for for a PQ if a call was not offered in that interval. Because Router Queue Interval is being joined to Skill Group Interval, some intervals with information in Skill Group Interval are not shown.
