Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the TES Java client you can not type : in any of the duration sections (estimated, minimum or maximum).  The backspace does not always work, and you are not allow to enter  a numeric value unless you have the numbers highlighted... For example if you highlight the number value and hit delete you cannot type anything in the section.  Also the screen seems to lose the location you have selected and goes to the Maximum column...

Conditions:
When using the duration columns in the Java client the system seem to lose focus and goes to the maximum field.  Also you are not able to type ":""
