Description (partial)

Symptom:

System level access control mechanisms do not work as expected in Cisco TMS. Users who are in a group with "Manage Calls" and "Set Permissions" permissions are unable to access the corresponding tabs ("Call Status" and "Permissions").

Conditions:

The "Manage Calls" problem was introduced in Cisco TMS 14.5 as a side effect of resolving a security issue. The "Set Permissions" problem was also present in earlier versions of Cisco TMS.
