Symptom: Notification Criteria Page don't display device name for Prime Collab... Conditions: UI do not display Device Name for Prime Collaboration in notification criteria page, when we add prime collaboration/system device while creating notification criteria. Steps to Reproduce : 1. Navigate to Administration --> Alarms & Events Setup page 2. Navigate to Notification and click on Assurance Notification Criteria from drop down. 3. Create/Add a alarm set for CDRRateThresholdExceeded system category. 4. Click on Add button to add/create a notification criteria, and provide all details like Criterion name, Alarm severity, alarm status etc. check all check box in General info section and proceed to Next step by clicking on Next button. 5. Click on Add button to add devices/device group, then click on "Prime Collaboration" from device group selector and select "Select Devices" radio button and select system device. 6. Once we get "Prime Collaboration" device group name and click on expand button beside it, and we can see Device Name is not being displayed for this device.
