Description (partial)

Symptom:
Mixing Vlan and VXlan in same AVS VMM domain is not supported. CLi should not allow to do it.

Conditions:
Create AVS domain in LS mode. Attach an EPG1 to this. This will cause EpPD1 to be created with vxlan encap. Now associate a vlan namespace to this domain and attach an EPG2 to this. This will cause EpPD2 to be created with vlan encap.
