Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traceback and cpu hog seen  during boot up  of c2960X device. The issue is only seen if there are 4 GLC-T SFP connected to uplink ports. The issue is not seen with 3 or less GLC-T SFPs. There is no functional impact, the CPU utilisation comes to normal and all GLC-T links are up. There is no functionality impact from the trace backs either.

Conditions:
c2960X, 4 GLC-T SFP connected, bootup, 15.0(2)EX1 and 15.2(2)E1
