When running the 'version' command, you may encounter the following traceback:

This can also cause the ESA to fail to load the GUI page Monitor -> System Status.  Instead, an application fault message is displayed, and an application fault such as the following will be found in the gui_logs:

This issue is the result of a network interface being removed from the vESA virtual machine.
