Description (partial)

Symptom:
SNMP community and trap receiver ip address configurations may become reversed (eg 1.2.3.4 -> 4.3.2.1) after downgrading a 7510 or 8510 from 7.6 to 7.4 code.

The issue does not occur with other WLC platforms (5508, Wism2, 2504).

The issue is not observed with 7510 or 8510 WLCs when upgrading from 7.4 to 7.6.

Conditions:
Downgrade from 7.6 to 7.4.
