Description (partial)

Symptom:
CER 10.x in License Manager info page shows
Connectivity Status >> " Cannot check connectivity, DNS might not be configured "
Even when FQDN and DNS is actually resolvable/configured correctly.
>>The reason for that theres a 40 character limit for the Prime License Manager server hostname/fqdn.
The limitation is not documented in the CER 10.x guide.
This is not affecting the licensing but it does present misleading info when fqdn/dns is used.

Conditions:
PLM 10.x and CER 10.x
show misleading info when using FQDN between PLM 10.x and CER 10.x
This is not affecting the licensing but it does present misleading info when fqdn/dns is used.
