Description (partial)

IPV6 Egress Netflow on BVI interfaces lead to RFD leak, hence leading to flow control np drops.

Symptom:
Data traffic drop  might be seen due to per port RFD usage being high.

Conditions:
BVI interface configured with ipv6 egress netflow.
