Symptom: The Org Admin will try to generate a messenger user activities reports for Cisco messenger Orgs, but the following information is not available. Click to call number of Video of call Number of PC to PC Conditions: The information in these reports is missing when using Jabber clients. The click to call report feature was a feature supported on the Webex Connect client and is not supported on the jabber client.
