Description (partial)

When configuring the CAS MSE to be used for either "CMX Analytics" or "Connect and Engage", the MSE will accept any user input for the IP Address, User Name, and Password fields.  MSE does validate that it is able to successfully use the provided credentials to log into the CAS MSE.  In addition, MSE does not confirm that the information provided is in the right format.  For example, MSE will accept the string "99" as the IP address of the CAS MSE.  Even after the user provides incorrect information, the MSE responds with the following message in the URL bar: "Successfully configured CAS MSE. CMX Analytics Service is being restarted."

This behavior always occurs in MSE when attempting to add a CAS MSE for "CMX Analytics" or "Connect and Engage"
