Description (partial)

Symptom:
Trigger:
ISE download of around 1K SGACL policies with enforcement enabled atleast on one vrf or vlan, followed by "sgt-caching" configuration. Then issue "show cts role-based counters".

Issue:
service not responding" for couple of minutes when "show cts role-based counters" is issued. All other CTS commands work fine.

Symptom:
switch-2(config)# sh cts role-based counters 
Service not responding

Conditions:
Around 50K ip-sgt mapping in the switch. ISE download with enforcement enabled resulting in download and installation of 1K SGACL policies in the hardware + followed by 'sgt-caching' configuration which results in re-programming the already installed policies.
