Symptom:
Standby PRE reload due to configure mismatch and below message appears.

Oct 24 09:44:23.129 CST: %ISSU-3-INCOMPATIBLE_PEER_UID: Setting image (UBR10K5-K9P6U2-M), version (12.2(33)SCH2) on peer uid (2) as incompatible
