Description (partial)

Symptom:
With two FEX host ports (e.g. Gi102/1/0/47 and Gi102/1/0/48) bundled to a L2 port-channel, when one of the member ports is down/up, the port-channel stops forwarding broadcast packets (e.g., destined to 255.255.255.255) and/or multicast packet (e.g., destined to 224.0.0.x/24, 239.x.x.x or so).

Conditions:
This issue is specific to L2 port-channel on SUP2T/C6807, running 15.1(2)SY4 or 4a / 15.0(2)EX7.

This issue is NOT seen in 15.2(1)SY(parent)/15.2(3)E(fex) or later.
This issue is NOT seen in Cat6880X.
