Description (partial)

Symptom:
ICMPv4 error packets translated to ICMPv6 by MAP-T might have incorrect ipv6 dest address and incorrect src/dst ipv6 addresses in the ipv6 packet embedded in the icmpv6 body.

Conditions:
ICMPv4 error generation for the ipv6 to ipv4 MAP-T translated packet and reverse translation of that icmpv4 packet to icmpv6
