Description (partial)

Symptom:
When enabling the USC 5310 module in a 3x00 series AP with sufficient and appropriate power provided, the following traceback error is seen.

Despite the traceback, the module enables and functions with no issues.

Error seen on AP CLI when enabling the module from the WLC.
