Description (partial)

Symptom:
When native Default Authentication/Console Authentication from local to LDAP any other you lose the ability to log into UCSM from local account unless you create a local domain.

Conditions:
Scenario 1:

Default Authentication: Anything but local
Console Authentication: Anything but local
Domains Configured: LDAP but no local
Result: Cannot login into ucsm or ssh using local admin account.

Scenario 2:
Default Authentication: Anything but local
Console Authentication: Anything but local
Domains Configured: Local and LDAP
Result: Able to connect using either
