Description (partial)

Symptom:
++The Jabber user does not receive any alert notification on the Jabber while the hard phone integrated to it gets a call.

Conditions:
++This happens when the subscriber is selected as the primary CTI provider.
++Issue caused with the introduction of CUP nodes into UCM cluster.
++Specifically happens when UCM and IM&P are not added sequentially, ie; not in the order -> all UCM nodes first, followed by all CUP nodes in cluster
