Description (partial)

Symptom:
Shared line functionality stops working after some time when SIP phones register to ESRST.

To verify, check the output of 'show shared-line subscription' for entries that pertain to the line that is shared.

Conditions:
Impacts 15.4(3)3M and higher IOS gateway running SIP ESRST with both 7861 and 9971 IP phones. This issue does not seem to be phone specific. Other versions of IOS may be impacted.
