Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to log in to Prime Provisioning 10.5.

Conditions:
Attempt to log in to Prime Provisioning GUI with globaladmin user fails.

Attempt to change Globaladmin password
Login as root
cd /opt/cupm/sep/ipt/bin
./ResetGlobalAdminPassword.sh

This process does not correctly reset the password even though the process shows as completing successfully as we are not able to use the password we just "set" from CLI.
