Description (partial)

The session managers are in warn state due to excessive memory utilization.

Initially, the testbed had all the session managers reaching capacity. On doing "clear subs all' from GW, the calls were cleared, however memory utilization did not come down. To further debug, test repeated with session manager going up to half-capacity in terms of calls and then "clear subs all" was issued. The calls were cleared, but memory utilized was not freed. Still under Dev-investigation.
