Description (partial)

When user filters in My Servers portlet based on Name/VDC/PrimaryNetwork etc. results are only returned which match the case of the filter condition.

When user filters in My VDCs or My Orders, results are returned regardless of whether upper-case/lower-case matches.

To recreate:
1. Login as CPTA
2. Navigate to My Cloud > My Servers
3. Select Quick Filter
4. Enter a filter condition where the case doesn't match 

Example: For "Type" column, filter using "vm" to search for "Virtual Machine (VM)." Using case-insensitive "vm" returns nothing while "VM" returns all entries.
