Description (partial)

ARP replies (and possibly other traffic going to CPU) are not received by CPU on N6K, resulting in INCOMPLETE entries. SPAN/ELAM capture confirms the switch is receiving the ARP reply, but Ethanalyzer does not show it.

Normally there should be two entries, one called "in-0" and one called "in-163", pointing to the SUP ("sup-eth2") for the SVI MAC (same MAC for all SVIs) in the output of show platform fwm info hw-stm. When hitting this issue the "in-163" entry will be missing.

Normal situation:

N6K# show platform fwm info hw-stm | inc sup
in-163 002a.6a22.1941 sup-eth2 1:12607:0 4:0:1 2.c.dd.0.0.2 (e:0)
in-0 002a.6a22.1941 sup-eth2 3:0:4092 0:0:1 2.c.dd.0.0.2 (e:0)

Broken state as reported in this defect:

N6K# show platform fwm info hw-stm | inc sup
in-0 002a.6a22.1941 sup-eth2 3:0:4092 0:0:1 2.c.dd.0.0.2 (e:0)
