Description (partial)

Symptom:
While in a Jabber call, the screen goes black and I cannot control the call. I can get in to the Jabber client if i press the home button and then press the Jabber icon, but if I click back on the call, the screen goes black again until the other caller hangs up. 

If I press the home button 2 times, the jabber call screen quickly flashes on but then the black screen returns almost instantly.

dirty sensor/ Galaxy S4
