Cisco Bug: CSCur36318 - Have SX80 add HDMI audio 1 and 2 to the input gate when audio is enabled
Jan 09, 2015
- Cisco Telepresence Integrator C Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Currently the Cisco TelePresence SX80 codec does not support HDMI 1 or 2 audio by default when the HDMI audio for inputs 1 or 2 is enabled, requiring the user to also upon each session either manually enter into the command line admin session (as an example): xCommand Audio LocalInput AddConnector ConnectorId:1 ConnectorType:HDMI InputId: 4 xCommand Audio LocalInput AddConnector ConnectorId:2 ConnectorType:HDMI InputId: 4 or use TC console to enter these commands for them upon each boot of the codec. This procedure is also not documented in the SX80 Administrator Guide at http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/sx-series/tc7/administration-guide/sx80-administrator-guide-tc72.pdf Conditions: These commands need to be entered every time the SX80 is booted in order for HDMI audio on inputs 1 or 2 to work as expected. HDMI 3 audio input works by default.
