Cisco Bug: CSCur35657 - Secondary Conductor takes long time to resume service if we fail Primary
Aug 26, 2016
- Cisco TelePresence Conductor
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When a primary TelePresence Conductor fails (for example during a reboot/shutdown/or network outage), it may take several minutes for the secondary conductor to take over. During this time the Conductor will stop providing conferencing services. Conditions: The length of time that it takes for a secondary unit to take over depends significantly on how contactable the various managed bridges are, as each bridge must be contacted to resolve and avoid conflicts.
