Works on 3750S

On a WS-C3750E-48PD device running c3750e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE2/c3750e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE2.bin version, user cannot cahnge the VLAN membership on the device by using a SNMPSET operation to the OID vmVlan which as per the Cisco SNMP Object Navigator site, it has RW properties, Returns gets a commitFailed error
