Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Rosa Client can't retrieve the Host ID of the ROSA NMS Server. When running the lmutil tool directly on the ROSA NMS Server, it returns 0xffffffff.

Conditions:
NIC teaming is enabled on ROSA NMS Server machine.

ROSA NMS Server is running on HP Proliant Server machine with 2 onboard NIC's.

ROSA NMS Server software version is 4.5.

This happens only when all the NICs on the machine are used for teaming.
