Description (partial)

Speaker volume on call strip is not functionally setting volume. This is Plantronics specific defect.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Have VXME installed on client
2.Log in HVD with Jabber and utilities installed
3.Log in to Jabber
4.Make call to softphone/deskphone
5.Answer, and try to change speaker volume on call strip
