Symptom: IP Phone 8941 freezes frequently due to bad network. Freeze issue is happening on SCCP894x-sccp.9-4-2-8, SCCP8945.9-4-1SR1-1, SCCP8945.9-4-1ES4-1 etc.... During the time of freeze, unable to access the phone webpage , http. Unable to collect the console logs during the time of freeze. Conditions: 8941 IP Phone freezes if there is a bad network or packet loss in the network. Enable a continuous ping to CUCM from the laptop connected to the PC port of ip phone and check for any 'Request timeout'. During the time of freeze, unable to access the phone webpage. No response for phone key and display is stuck.
