Symptom:
RIDC_Direct Dial fails longevity tests longer than 48 hours

Conditions:
Steps
--------
- On RIDC setup a longevity test with Direct Dial and two channels, a VTG, and an Incident 
- Power up all the channels 
- Leave RIDC idle (no audio running) for more than 48 hours
- Try  to power up the Direct Dial channel after 48 hours
- The phone will not ring and the connection will not be established

- Direct Dial should work regardless of the length of the RIDC being in operation
