Description (partial)

Symptom:
If you schedule a regular meeting (with web and audio) in CWMS 2.5, but your participants join only via audio, the meeting won't be possible to analyze in the Dashboard, nor it would be possible to get Particular Meeting Logs for this meeting (Analyze Meeting button is not presented to the Admin, and if after meeting has ended, you go to Support > Logs > Particular Meeting Logs, the system will report "Meeting Number not found" error.
