Is there a fix for the 7841 firmware?  I have configured the first 7841 phones on our cluster and they are running sip78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4.  Upon connecting a newer Mac computer to the PC port of the phone, the PC port link state constantly flaps up/down.  The only workaround so far that I have found is manually setting the interface on the Mac to 1000baseT, full duplex.  If I enable auto-negotiation or any combination of settings that use Energy Efficient Ethernet, the link flaps.
