Description (partial)

PC connected to the "PC Port" of the 88xx (except 8831) intermittently loses network connectivity.

Symptoms of network connectivity loss includes:
   - Microsoft outlook displays a message that connection to the server is lost
   - Browse page loading is slow or stops loading
   - Ping timeout
   - Wireshark traces shows packet loss between PC and network switch

PC/laptop network card driver that is non-compliant with the IEEE 802.3az compliance may exhibit any of the above symptoms.

Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) is enabled on PC and network switch may or may not have EEE enabled.
