Description (partial)

Symptom:
The security policies in 6.2.1 allow a user to edit jobs when they should only be able to see them in View-only mode. due to the fact that the user does not have access to the runtime user of the job.

Conditions:
In the 6.2.1 web client any user that does not have a runtime user in that users profile can still edit and run the job of that runtime user

This does not seem to be in the 6.1 Web client
