Description (partial)

Symptoms:
LACP PDU(s) received on Vlan tagged bundle AC is punted. This interferes untagged LACP session on local 
bundle. It brings down local LACP session.

Conditions:
When users mistakenly let tagged LACP traffic into IRB bridge domain.
