Description (partial)

Symptom:
OSPF Prefix-suppression may not be working after router reload.

Only OSPFv2 configuration is affected, not OSPFv3.

Conditions:
Couple of conditions must be meet to experience the problem.

Prefix suppression is enabled in the router mode.
Example:

router ospf 1
 prefix-suppression

OSPF is enabled on the interface using interface enable command.
Example:

interface Serial0/0
 ip address 10.1.2.101 255.255.255.0
 ip ospf 1 area 0
