Description (partial)

Symptom:
In a VPC setup with large number of ports/PCs, ETHPM may time out on PVLAN when peer link is flapped:

2014 Oct 17 14:34:13 F3-xbow1-vpcA %ETHPORT-5-IF_SEQ_ERROR: Error ("sequence timeout") communicating with MTS_SAP_PVLAN for opcode MTS_OPC_ETHPM_PRE_LOGICAL_UP, (RID_PORT: port-channel4096)

Further VPC legs may timeout on PVLAN during MTS_OPC_ETHPM_PORT_LOGICAL_CLEANUP

Conditions:
This may happen when there is a large number of ports or port-channels in the setup
