Description (partial)

- 100% of traffic matching a particular QoS policing profile will be dropped regardless of rate. 
 - an invalid profile is used (see below)

The following conditions are required:
 a. Trident LC
 b. MVPN traffic is present on a given NP within the Trident LC
 c. QoS policing is present on the same NP which also has MVPN traffic.
