Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using Cisco Agent Desktop Browser Edition (CAD-BE) or Agent Email, a certificate expiration warning may be shown notifying the user that the CAD-BE or Agent Email certificate has expired.

Conditions:
This only occurs when running Java 1.7 on the Agent PC with a UCCX version that does not support Java 1.7 and instead only supports Java 1.6.
