Description (partial)

After a few weeks of being up, some STCAPP analog phones (it can be one or two phones in the same router but not necessarily in the same FXS module) do not provide dial tone at all; therefore the users cannot make calls.
Also, when someone tries to call any of those "frozen" analog phones, the caller hears ringback tone but actually the analog phone never ringed (and since the call never ringed on the phone, it was never answered).
