Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unexpected EGTPINMGR recovery observed in the standby CISCO ASR5500. The standby CISCO ASR5500 is not ready to takeover as active at the time when this issue is occurring.

Conditions:
This issue is observed on the standby CISCO ASR5500 without triggering any redundancy actions or SRP switchovers when the Call-Model comprising of 10K GGSN calls are up on the active CISCO ASR5500.
