Symptom:
Device configured with DHCPv6 server may crash.
Conditions:
This issue affects the following release of Cisco IOS/Cisco IOS XE Software:

Cisco IOS Software:15.4(3)S, 15.4(3)S1, 15.4(3)SN1, 15.4(3)SN1a, 15.5(1)S, 15.5(1)SN
Cisco IOS XE Software: 3.13.0S, 3.13.1S, 3.14.0S

For the device to be affected, it has to be configured with DHCPv6 server and receive a crafted sequence exchange of DHCPv6 packets for a 
SOLICIT for IA-NA.
