Description (partial)

Symptom:
When performing initial install of CIM v9.0(1) SW installation, you receive the "Unable to connect to Database. Please enter correct Database information."message.

Conditions:
a. You are able to successfully navigate through initial install and arrive to the Master Database Parameters window. 

b.  When entering the "Database Administrator" credentials, then next to authenticate, and move on to the "Active Database Parameters" window screen.

c. Then press next and received the error message. "Unable to connect to Database. Please enter correct Database information."

d. Hence, if the credentials contain a PW w\ special characters, you will receive the stated error message.

e. On the Active Database Parameters window screen, it was noticed that that Database administrator name is configured,  but the PW field is greyed out and does not contain the PW info displayed used and authenticated in previous Mater Database Parameters window.
