Symptom:
Call pickup visual alert isn't shown when connected through Expressway

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1. UserA and UserB are in the same call pickup group
2. UserA is logged into Jabber on-premise and UserB is logged into Jabber through Expressway
3. UserC places a call to UserA who doesn't answer

Expected result:
UserB should get a visual and audible pickup alert that UserC is calling UserA

Actual result:
UserB gets an audible pickup alert but no visual alert
