Description (partial)

Symptom:
Attempt to connect a VPN always fails with a message "Connect using Cisco AnyConnect App at least once before using any other App."

Conditions:
The exact trigger is not known at the present time.

This issue was observed with AnyConnect 3.0.09115, 3.0.09231 and 3.0.12119 running on iOS 6 or 7. 
Once it happened, upgrading or reinstalling the app was required to recover from the error. 
But some devices encountered the same issue again after a period of normal operation after the recovery.
