Symptom: After call established between mobile agents, if an agent does a hold/retreive or conference , the other agent logs out Conditions: Precondition : 1. The setup is an ICM setup for testing EMCC feature. 2. The Peripheral gateway on the ICM connects to the Home CUCM. 3. EMCC is configured on the CUCM . 4. Agents are added on the ICM machine with agent id 5101 and 5102. 5. For these agents, the LCP ports are added on the CUCM as 2000 and 3000 respectively.
