Description (partial)
Symptom: When there is a traffic disruption in CPAK port or OOS disable and then In Service the port, Transient Low Tx and Rx power alarm raises momentarily and then clears. Conditions: 1. Provision a MXP-CK-100G opmode between MRMXP and 200G-CK-LC. Same at the far end. 2. Setup end-to-end 100GE traffic on the CPAK. Ensure clean traffic. 3.Put the CPAK port in OOS->IS 4.Now, the CPAK raises Low Tx/Rx power with -40dB on both Tx and Rx before coming up completely.
